One tournament weekend, three flip charts
Anyone who has organised a youth tournament knows Saturday morning: the fixtures in Excel, the table on a flip chart, the cake list in the WhatsApp group, and at 10:40 a coach from Füssen asks when his second game is. As a team manager I spent more time at the flip chart than at the tournament.
The tournament manager in HOLULA APEX takes exactly these three things off the organising team: fixtures, table, helpers.
Create the tournament
Enter teams as names, choose a mode, set the date. Modes: league round robin, groups with final standings, groups with cross-over final round, groups with knockout, groups with placement games, pure knockout. Quick-start tiles prefill the most common formats, such as "8 teams, 2 groups, cross-over and placement". Multi-day tournaments spread the match days automatically, stations like "rink A, rink B" are distributed across all groups. Points are freely configurable, ice hockey scoring with shootout after a draw included.

On match day
You enter results straight into the fixture list. The table re-sorts after every result, by points, goal difference, goals scored, goals conceded and head-to-head. Scorers and top scorers run alongside. The live screen shows tables and upcoming games on the display in the rink, without anyone walking over. After the tournament there is PDF, CSV and JSON. Same format next year? Duplicate it, results are left out.
The organising team needs no coach account for this. A tournament organiser account sees tournaments and helper lists but no player, test or health data, locked in the database, not just hidden.
Helpers wanted
Cake, car pool, timekeeping, set-up: you create the need, parents and players sign up in their app with one tap. Anyone without an account gets a link. On match day you see on the card what is still open, and in the Today area which posts in the club are unfilled.
Your own games and line-up
Your teams' match days are schedule entries like practices: players RSVP, parents see them in the calendar. You build the line-up by drag and drop: goalies, lines 1 to 4, spares, with templates like "Standard" or "PP1". The pool shows all players of the age group; anyone who declined appears grey with a reason, injured players stay locked. With the line-up the game invitations go out, with RSVP and push. League fixture lists are read in as Excel, opponents' club logos appear on the cards.

Price
Match days, line-up, game invitations and helper lists are included in the basics at €3.90 per team per month. The tournament manager with fixtures, tables, live screen and organiser account is the Tournament PRO module at €9.90 per club per month, a flat rate regardless of the number of teams. It is included in the complete package, the first 30 days are free. Final prices without VAT (German small-business rule, § 19 UStG). Price calculator.
