Twelve clubs, twelve spreadsheets
A regional federation that scouts youth players collects data: rosters by e-mail, test values as spreadsheets in twelve variants, camp nominations by phone tree. Whoever has the overview in the end usually has it alone on their own computer. And players hear about their nomination from a coach who happens to pass it on.
The federation solution in HOLULA APEX builds on the clubs that already use the app. The federation gets its own access, not a copy of the data.
Rosters and test values of all clubs
The athlete overview lists the players of all member clubs, filterable by club and age group, with the values of their last test day. The federation only sees what scouting needs: name, date of birth, age group, club, position. Club internals such as injuries, wellness data or notes stay with the club, enforced in the database, not just hidden.
Camps with nominations
A federation session is a camp, a scouting day or a federation tournament. The federation sets date and title and nominates players from several clubs. Players see the invitation in their app and accept or decline, the federation sees the status per player. No phone tree, no asking the coach who is actually coming.
Federation tests that reach the club
At the camp the federation records its own tests: body measurements, strength, cognitive tests such as reaction, concentration and search. The values belong to the federation at first. With "Release to clubs" the home clubs receive their players' results in the profile, without anyone sending a file. The Excel export delivers all players and results of all clubs with one click, for talent development and federation reports.
Coordinating match rounds
The federation creates match rounds per club and sets time windows per match day. The clubs agree their dates with opponents via the fixture exchange, and the federation sees in a traffic light how far each club has got and which proposals have been unanswered for more than seven days. Clubs report blocked dates digitally instead of by form. Player and performance data stay completely invisible on this screen.
What the clubs get out of it
The clubs keep working in their app. There is no second login, no export for the federation, no double maintenance. Federation tests land automatically with the player, camp invitations in the player app, match dates with a traffic light at the federation.
Price
The federation solution is a separate offer for regional federations and is agreed based on the number of clubs. The member clubs use HOLULA APEX at the normal club prices from €3.90 per team per month. Request a conversation or club pricing.
